JOHN KERRY : STILL ALIVE AND STILL A TRAITOR

“I support Barack Obama because he doesn’t seek to perfect the politics of Swiftboating—he seeks to end it. This is personal for me, and for a whole lot of Americans who lived through the 2004 election. As a veteran, it disgusts me that the Swift Boats we loved while we were in uniform on the Mekong Delta have been rendered, in Karl Rove’s twisted politics, an ugly verb meaning to lie about someone’s character just to win an election.” —John Kerry

He still doesn't get it. No, John that's not what "Swiftboating" means.

Swiftboating: To expose the heinous lies of a political candidate with overwhelming evidence in a determined fashion, thereby derailing his campaign.

Definition by Rick.

Wikipedia has the definition wrong, as the article was obviously written , albeit in a scholorly manner by an obvious Ultra Left Wing author. They deam the term to be merely malicious slander, altho they don't use that term. They think it means "smear". And that's the trouble with what is otherwise a useful site: Anybody can write stuff, and get it wrong.

To be fair, they DO site some opposing definitions:

A group formed for the purpose of opposing John Murtha's reelection to Congress, Vets for the Truth, posts at its website a definition of "swiftboating" as "exposing the lies, deceit and fraud of self-glorifying public officials or candidates for office who exaggerate their military service by lying about their feats of heroism and combat wounds."

In a 2006 Veteran's Day interview, John O'Neill, spokesman for Swift Vets and POWs for Truth commented on the term's usage: "I think that's a word [swiftboating] people will use for however they want to. I have always thought that having left wingers go to bed at night, and put their little children to bed, and [saying] Be good little children or the Swiftboats will get you!... that has never particularly worried me...

WINTER IS HERE

MORE OF PATRICK'S FACEBOOK FRIENDS...

It is 5:46 a.m. and 49.9 degrees outside. Earthdog Patrick is still in bed.

FROM THE PATRIOT POST:

Getting it right: “Among so much about American politics that can impress or depress a friendly transatlantic observer, there’s nothing more astonishing than this: Why on Earth should Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton be the front-runner for the presidency?... What has she ever done to deserve this eminence? How could a country that prides itself on its spirit of equality and opportunity possibly be led by someone whose ascent owes more to her marriage than to her merits?” —Geoffrey Wheatcroft, The Washington Post

He got THAT right!

The Nobel Prize committee has reached a new low in it's decades-long drive to trivialize the Nobel Peace Prize. This is the goofy medal that was awarded to Gorbachev, NOT Reagan for ending the 50-year NUCLEAR COLD WAR.

Mad Scientist Inventor-of-the-Internet zany moonbat Algore has won the prize for alerting the world to the fact that CLIMATE CHANGES OVER TIME --what a revelation--(I thought we already knew that).

He joins such luminous thugs, murderers, rioters , communists, terrorists and insane asylum escapees as Ralph Bunch, Martin Luther KIng, Jr., Le Duc Tho, Yassir Arafat, and "Jimmy" Carter ,Jr. What an A-list of war-mongers!

And now we have a certifiable moonbat join the list. What does pseudo scientific weather forecasting have to do with Peace?

The Nobel Peace Prize is now a lame joke. Teddy Roosevelt must be turning over in his grave.

SIC SEMPER TYRANNUS

Well, it seems like it's the 40th Anniversary of the death of Che Guevara, Fidel Castro's Evil Right Hand Man.

His image is splashed all over hip hollywood clothing these days...

Why doesn't Hitler get a copyrighted image on T-Shirts? Not bloodthirsty enuff for the American Left?

In the winter of 1969, I was posted to Ft. Lesley J. McNair in Washington, D.C. Located on the Washington Channel, it sported a company of the Old Guard Burial Detail for Arlington, and three Army Schools, and a row of southern Mansions for Ft. Meyer General overflow to live in. One was the Army Asst. Chief of Staff...

Ft. McNair, along with West Point, claims to be the oldest continually active Army Post. It at one time was the Washington Arsenal. The trial and Execution of the Lincoln Assassination Conspirators was held here, the trial being held in a room that was an apartment when I was there. Did I say "here" --see I am being transported back in time...

Anyway, at that time I was living in and in charge of the Visiting Officers Quarters, a WWII barracks motel for Colonels, and my Buddy Joe Quinn from Ashtabula, Ohio was in charge of the BOQ (Bachelor Officers Quarters) which was a nice modern facility.

Joe invited me over one night and told me to bring a bottle of Scotch, and we would drink it with a Bolivian Colonel who was attending the Inter-American Defense College, a place where the Army taught Latin American colonels anti-communist anti-insurgency techniques. They already knew how to overthrow their governments..

Well, Colonel Rojas or Rosas, told us he and his men captured Che Guevara and killed him. I asked him if he personally shot him, and he said no, he ordered his sergeant to and then showed us with his hands and a "brrrrrppp!!!" sound of an automatic rifle what took place.

I believed him. But, for all I know, it was a national pastime for Bolivian Colonels to tell this story
when there was no one present to dispute them.

He was the first political assassin I ever met. He was not the last.

So I raise my cup of Root Beer and Rum to Colonel Rosas and Private First Class Quinn this dark and windy night in the Wabash Valley. Heres to comrades present and comrades missing!

Confusion to the Mounted Police!!

ARE YOU A SHOPPING KART ASSHOLE?

EYE TEST

It is 6:47 a.m. and 63.9 degrees F. Patrick is downstairs guarding Junior's sleep, by snuggling him.

>
In the Wal Star Mart parking lot yesterday I saw a fat bitch put her shopping Kart right up against the metal railing of the Kart Korral, not more than ten feet from me. I wished she would have gotten Eye Contact with me, I would have burned daggers thru her thick caveman skull. I'm sure the only reason she pushed the Kart to the Korral was she was parked next to it. She's one of these slobs, I bet, that just leave the Kart where they parked their SUV (They need a truck to haul their weight around).

It's nasty smelly bitches like this that drive the costs of merchandize up for the rest of us. Our super-walmart employs guys with little tractors to round up these wayward, as well as properly Koralled, Karts.

So why can't people place the Karts in the Korral properly? You just jam them in any old way, and soon the Koral is filled, even tho only one fifth of it's capacity is utilized. Now, to keep the karts from spilling out into the aisles, here comes the Kart Koral guy.

EVERY time I return my kart to the Koral, I have to straighten up the Karts, which I do, just to make it easier on the guys. I even saw one lazy slob queen give her kart a shove from about 15 feet to get it into the Korral!! And she could have used the exercize to get some pounds off her huge lard butt, too!

Aldi has solved the problem with a unique quarter lock on their Karts, and of course their food is thirty to fifty percent cheaper than supermarkets'.

These people, and mostly they are morbidly obese lazy welfare asshole bitches with no soul, should be arrested and put in jail!! Or on a diet!!! (Rant ends)

From the Patriot Post:

Profiles of valor: Air Force Staff Sgt. Covel

In an undisclosed region of Iraq, Air Force Staff Sgt. Earl I. Covel of Oregon was assigned to work with a small group of Army Special Forces soldiers and indigenous Kurdish fighters, when the safe house that Covel and his men were staying in came under a vicious attack.

Covel, the tactical air controller, made his way to the rooftop of a nearby building where he set up communications with air support while pointing out targets to his team. The soldier who was providing Covel cover fire as he coordinated the attack was shot and evacuated, with Covel left in a “little corner of hell” as he later described it. Covel continued to coordinate air and ground strikes for the next 36 hours, all the time returning enemy fire. Through it all, not one of Covel’s men was killed, though more than 100 insurgents were taken down. Later, it was found that approximately 200 insurgents were part of the large-scale assault.

At the recommendation of the Army soldiers with whom he served, Covel was recently awarded the Silver Star. “This honor speaks for itself,” Brigadier General Benjamin Bartlett said at the award ceremony. “Its importance cannot be overstated. I’ve been in the service for 31 years, and I’ve never seen a Silver Star presentation. What he did over there was beyond heroic. Heroes are those people who are put into a position where their true inner character comes out when it is needed most.”

FAREWELL TO TRAITORS

Cindy Sheehan is quitting her Traitor Crusade, becasue the dems have turned against her, and everyone in the Peace Movement is not an angel, like her.

Excerpts from her Swan Song: (emphasis added)

... people dying for no reason is not a matter of "right or left", but "right and wrong."

our Representative Republic will die and be replaced with what we are rapidly descending into with nary a check or balance: a fascist corporate wasteland.

... the money a "grateful" country gave me when they killed my son ...

I have used all my energy trying to stop this country from slaughtering innocent human beings.

Casey did indeed die for nothing. His precious lifeblood drained out in a country far away from his family who loves him, killed by his own country which is beholden to and run by a war machine that even controls what we think.

Our brave young men and women in Iraq have been abandoned there indefinitely by their cowardly leaders who move them around like pawns on a chessboard of destruction and the people of Iraq have been doomed to death and fates worse than death by people worried more about elections than people.

Good-bye America ...you are not the country that I love ...

Good -bye Cindy...you are not a traitor that we love, either...

OH, KATIE! ARE YOU RED? YES YOU ARE.

LEAD DOG & EARTHDOG PATRICK OF SIXDOGTEAM GEOCACHERS AT BAGO BASH

It is 6:31 AM and partly cloudy and 59.0 degrees. Patrick is outside.

Monitored the CBS evening news with katie couric last night. Only threw up in my mouth twice, so it wasn't so bad. Felt like I was watching Soviet TV in Moscow from a dingy one room flat in moscow in the seventies. Really wierd.:

Here's the breakdown:

Minutes -- content

Wait, Butthead is barking.

OK, back

Minutes -----Content

1 Telling us what we're going to see
5 Feature/Propaganda piece on Mayday which according to katie is "The Workers' Holiday" --honey, here in Amerika, that's LABOR DAY. Poor, poor illegals and how they are sorely mistreated by the big bad federal governement who is DEPORTING them, the meanies.
1 Actual NEWS--President's veto of war funding bill.
1 Propaganda Spin--democrats viewpoint of the war. 2 Puff piece on the great hero "father of his country" Fidel and where is he?
1 News -- Wall St. Journal rejects takeover bid/ traffic accident
2 Feature--anti drug piece on "Cheese".
3 Feature --anti web porn piece featuring Ft. Wayne Pastor
1 News--Tom Poston obit.
3 Feature--You're not going to believe this--Womens' fashions in Iran (I'm not making this up!!)

So, let's see how that breaks down:

News: 3 minutes (16%) Communist Proaganda: 7 minutes Democrat Propaganda: 1 minutes Features: 8 minutes

So, for the anti porn and anti drug pieces, we applaud them. For the commie propaganda, we unfortunatley have to give them a big fat "F"

OK, so Patrick is asleep at my feet on his afghan.
