DAY ONE

JUNIOR AND SOMEBODY...

It is 7:51 a.m. and Sadie is here with me, Rosie at work, kitties who knows where. Our cold snap continues, it is 50 degrees here in Palm Harbor Fla. and 25 in Indiana.

This afternoon we travel to Sarasota to check out a possible JRT rescue...

Mark, sorry i missed your meat and greet, but I was washing the jeep so I could park in your parking lot and not embarrass you with a muddy vehicle, and the sprinkling water, with the sun shining thru it gave off this sort of rainbow pattern-effect and it was so pretty and it kind of mesmorized me and I think I fell asleep on my feet and anyway the cops came and said it was against the law to wash your car, or some goofy crap like that, I never did get what was irritating them, and they didn't even look like cops and so I told them to shove it us their arses and get outa my driveway and then the sheriffs arrived and they really did look like cops with squad cars and uniforms and guns and all, and took me down to the jail and booked me on something or other, anyway I called my attorney who is not you and he threatened them with something or other and he is so good, they really backed way off and started dusting imaginary lint off my shoulders and stuff and saying so sorry mr. post and all that. so anyway now I have something expunged and a HUGE bill from the lawyer which he says I can pay in monthly installments, which I am pleased to do, because i don't do well in confinement, usually get in fights and the guards try to get me in trouble for no good reason, jail guards are cavemen that can't hack it as real cops, you know how it is. maybe you don't.. so I missed your lunch. sorry. ---Rick

A GREAT BLUE HERON, AMERICA'S LARGEST WADING BIRD, ON THE TARPON CANAL, OLDSMAR FLORIDA, FEBR 2010

It is 6:35 a.m. and 57 degrees in Palm Harbor, Fla. and 26 in North Manchester, Ind. Rosie, Sadie are asleep and kitties are playing tag.

Watched Gators rip Tennessee a new asshole down the stretch after leading by eight in the first half. Are they getting better? They led by as much as 20 toward the end, after dropping an earlier game to the vols by one point. hahahahahahahahahahahahah!!!

IS BENEDICT BROWN A PUTRID ASSHOLE STINKING UP THE SENATE? TIME WILL TELL...

SAVE:

" nor do I want the powers-that-be to take any action on it; "
REALLY? THEN WHY ARE YOU PUTTING IT IN THE SPOTLIGHT???

"The citation contains some far-from neutral language, telling about "boldly blasting near-by cave positions and neutralizing enemy guns as he went," and how "Inspired by his courage, every man followed without hesitation, and together the intrepid Marines braved a terrific concentration of Japanese gunfire" and later "he instantly attacked, waged a furious battle and succeeded in killing many of the enemy and in forcing the remainder to cover in the caves.""

SOUNDS PRETTY NEUTRAL TO ME. FACTS. NOUNS AND VERBS.

"Conversely, how would most Americans feel about a cache hidden in Hawaii in honor of a Japanese soldier who died killing Americans at Pearl Harbor? Words like, "bold," "intrepid," and "He gallantly gave his life for his country" were often used in reference to kamikaze pilots at the time. "

WE HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT WHATSOEVER. THERE ARE NO POLITICS IN THE TRENCHES.

"This cache to me seems very distasteful, and disrespectful."

TO US IT IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND IN VERY GOOD TASTE.

"To me, it doesn`t seem like an appropriate cache for a guest to hide in a foreign country."

WE THINK IT IS VERY APPROPRIATE.

What do you think? YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY THE ONE WITH AN AGENDA WITH YOUR HATEFUL LANGUAGE.
Is it tasteful? YES
Is it a guideline violation? NO
Would you publish this cache if you were a reviewer? YES
Would you publish a similar cache for a Japanese soldier at Pearl Harbor? YES

[b][i] Nobody hates war more than the soldiers that have to fight them to keep you free.

February 22, 2010 by rwalker46940 (603 found)
decided to try this one out today, since it has not been found in 3 years. at first i was hesitating to go for it or not since has not been logged since 07, some dnf's that they didn't want to show, or the water got to it. started on the trails then took shortcut through 2 revines then slid halfway down the famous "hill". got up perfectally fine then i was at the coords. i looked over and YES THERE IT IS, I DON'T F------ BELIEVE IT! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hurried over to the container which i ran through the terrain and opened it up and ahhhhhhh! the smell of the trapped dead air. container was in excellent condition along with the dry log. signed log, left a george washington, took nothing and put it back where i found it. your awsome 6 dog team. nice view of the river. once again. thanxs.

WOW, what a hike! What started as parking the car .27 miles from the cache, turned into a 1.5 mile extreme adventure. We almost had given up trying to find the waterfall as we missed the main trail down to them due to a monster pile of limbs that had been placed in front of the trail from the DNR cleaning up the main trails. We went down the ravine about .10 mile back and passed 3 waterfalls total, also had to manage our way around an extremely large downed tree that was lying down over the gaming trail. Found the cache and everything was soaked inside. We CITO'd the contents that were in need of being discarded, and added some swag that we had with us. What a workout.....whew!

Thanks for the cache!!!

IT'S FAT TUESDAY. WHERE'S THE BACON? BACON! BACON!BACON!

more later. got this email yesterday with a great full color portrait. not sure why it was sent to ME...

Thank you, Indiana

I would like to begin by acknowledging some people to whom I owe a great debt of gratitude.

First, my wife Susan, who for 25 years has stood by my side and without whose love and support so much I have been privileged to do would never have been possible. As my father told me the day we were married: “Son, you definitely married up.”

Second, my wonderful children, Beau and Nick, who I love so much and of whom I am so proud. Being their father is the most important job I will ever have.

Next, my staff members—past and present—who have worked so hard and sacrificed so much for the people of our state. There is not one that couldn’t have made more money and worked fewer hours doing something else. They have always managed to make me look much better than I deserve.

Most importantly, the people of Indiana, who for almost a quarter century have placed their trust and welfare in my hands. No one could ask for a better boss or a greater honor.

I was raised in a family that believes public service is the highest calling in the church, that what matters is not what you take from life, but what you give back. I believe that still.

For almost all of my adult life, I have been privileged to serve the people of Indiana in elective office.
As Secretary of State, I worked to reform our election laws to ensure that every vote counts. I cast the deciding vote in the closest congressional race in the nation for a member of the other political party, because I believed he had legitimately won the election.

As Governor, I worked with an outstanding team to balance the budget, cut taxes, leave the largest surplus in state history, create the most new jobs in any eight-year period, increase funding for schools every year, make college more affordable, and reform welfare to emphasize work. We raised water quality standards, created more new state parks than any time since the 1930s, and raised the penalties for violent crime.

In the Senate, I have continued to fight for the best interests of our state. I have worked with Hoosier workers and businesses, large and small, in the defense sector, the life sciences, the medical device industry, autos, steel, recreational vehicle manufacturing, and many, many more, to save and create jobs.

Since 9/11, I have fought to make our nation safe with a national security approach that is both tough and smart. I have championed the cause of our soldiers to make sure they have the equipment they need in battle and the health care they deserve when they get home.

I have often been a lonely voice for balancing the budget and restraining spending. I have worked with Democrats, Republicans, and Independents alike to do the nation’s business in a way that is civil and constructive.

I am fortunate to have good friends on both sides of the aisle, something that is much too rare in Washington today.
After all these years, my passion for service to my fellow citizens is undiminished, but my desire to do so by serving in Congress has waned. For some time, I have had a growing conviction that Congress is not operating as it should. There is too much partisanship and not enough progress -- too much narrow ideology and not enough practical problem-solving. Even at a time of enormous challenge, the peoples’ business is not being done.

Examples of this are legion, but two recent ones will suffice.

Two weeks ago, the Senate voted down a bipartisan commission to deal with one of the greatest threats facing our nation: our exploding deficits and debt. The measure would have passed, but seven members who had endorsed the idea instead voted “no” for short-term political reasons.

Just last week, a major piece of legislation to create jobs -- the public’s top priority -- fell apart amid complaints from both the left and right.

All of this and much more has led me to believe that there are better ways to serve my fellow citizens, my beloved state, and our nation than continued service in Congress.

To put it in words most people can understand: I love working for the people of Indiana, I love helping our citizens make the most of their lives, but I do not love Congress. I will not, therefore, be a candidate for election to the Senate this November.

My decision should not be interpreted for more than it is: a very difficult, deeply personal one. I am an executive at heart. I value my independence. I am not motivated by strident partisanship or ideology. These traits may be useful in many walks of life, but they are not highly valued in Congress.

My decision should not reflect adversely upon my colleagues who continue to serve in the Senate. While the institution is in need of significant reform, there are many wonderful people there. The public would be surprised and pleased to know that those who serve them in the Senate, despite their policy and political differences, are unfailingly hard-working and devoted to the public good as they see it. I will miss them.

I particularly value my relationship with Senator Dick Lugar and have often felt that if all Senators could have the cooperative relationship we enjoy, the institution would be a better place.

My decision should not reflect adversely upon the President. I look forward to working with him during the next 11 months to get our deficit under control, get the economy moving again, regulate Wall Street to avoid future financial crises, and reform education so that all children can fulfill their God-given potential. This is the right agenda for America.

My decision was not motivated by political concern. Even in the current challenging environment, I am confident in my prospects for re-election. Five times over the last 24 years, I have been honored by the people of Indiana with electoral success. But running for the sake of winning an election, just to remain in public office, is not good enough. And it has never been what motivates me.

At this time, I simply believe I can best contribute to society in another way: creating jobs by helping grow a business, helping guide an institution of higher learning, or helping run a worthy charitable endeavor.

In closing, let me say this: Words cannot convey nor can I adequately express my gratitude to the great people of Indiana.

I will never forget those I have been privileged to serve and those who have so kindly supported me. I have always tried to remember that my job is to work for Hoosiers, not the other way around.

I am constantly reminded that if Washington, D.C., could be more like Indiana, Washington would be a better place.
Lastly, let me reiterate my deep and abiding love for our nation and my optimism for our future. These are difficult times for America. But we have seen difficult days before, and we will see better days again. With all our faults, we are an exceptional people.

I look forward to continuing to do my part to meet the challenges we face as a private citizen, to work for solutions not slogans, progress not politics, so that our generation can do what Americans have always done: convey to our children, and our children’s children, an America that is stronger, more prosperous, more decent, and more just.

Thank you again. May God bless you all.

#1797 A NEW BEGINNING

FROM THE FAMILY ALBUM: THE DEER HUNTER
It is 8:25 a.m. and 26.5 degrees. Patrick and Junior are asleep in his room. It is 30 degrees warmer in Palm Harbor, Fla. FROM THE INBOX:

Why I Carry a Gun

My old grandpa once said to me, "Son, there comes a time in every man's life when he stops bustin' knuckles and starts bustin' caps and usually it's when he becomes too old to take an ass whoopin'.
I don't carry a gun to kill people. I carry a gun to keep from being killed.
I don't carry a gun to scare people. I carry a gun because sometimes this world can be a scary place.
I don't carry a gun because I'm paranoid. I carry a gun because there are real threats in the world.
I don't carry a gun because I'm evil. I carry a gun because I have lived long enough to see the evil in the world.
I don't carry a gun because I hate the government. I carry a gun because I understand the limitations of government.
I don't carry a gun because I'm angry. I carry a gun so that I don't have to spend the rest of my life hating myself for failing to be prepared.
I don't carry a gun because I want to shoot someone. I carry a gun because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed, and not on a sidewalk somewhere tomorrow afternoon.
I don't carry a gun because I'm a cowboy. I carry a gun because, when I die and go to Heaven, I want to be a cowboy.
I don't carry a gun to make me feel like a man. I carry a gun because men know how to take care of themselves and the ones they love.
I don't carry a gun because I feel inadequate. I carry a gun because, unarmed and facing three armed thugs, I am inadequate.
I don't carry a gun because I love it. I carry a gun because I love life and the people who make it meaningful to me.
"Police Protection" is an oxymoron. Free citizens must protect themselves. Police do not protect you from crime; they usually just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.
Personally, I carry a gun because I'm too young to die and too old to take an ass whoopin'."

It is 5:54 a.m and a really chilly for this time of the year 46 degrees in Palm Harbor, Florida. Thirty degrees cooler in Urbana Ind. at 15 degrees F. Rosie and Ben are in Bed, Sadie is asleep at the foot of the bed, and Bing and I are here in the office.

FROM THE BLOG 4 YEARS AGO TODAY:

It's 5:26 a.m. and Patrick and Junior are downstairs watching movies.
Patrick and I could not walk on the bottom of the Lake in our quest to find a northward passage to Monument Island yesterday brcause of the snow cover, which would mask dangers. Hope we can today. A thaw is predicted and so our window of opportunity may be quite narrow...
One of the places we're going to to find a new cache is pictured above, where Tricky says there's a waterfall, which we did not see when we were there, and Patrick wants to check it out and plant a cache there.

Published a geocache yesterday and EIGHT teams found it the first day!!!

Went to the Florida State fair yesterday and did not eat deep fat fried anything and watched a guy wrestle an alligator!! HAHAHAHA.wHEN WE GOT HOME rOSIE MADE Chicken and Dumplings, Ummmm-Ummm!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HONEST ABE!!!

Yesterday's Blog disappeared into thin air. Today is Thor's Day, at 5:48 a.m. Rosie, Ben and Bing are on the bed, Sadie is at the foot of the Bed, and Mr. Darcy is in a hole in the backyard. IT IS TEN DEGREES IN HUNTINGTON INDIANA AND 50 DEGREES HERE IN PALM HARBOR FLORIDA.

Mr. Darcy took ill night before last and Rosie took him to the vet yesterday morning when he was discovered in distress--fluid in lungs, cause uncertain, resuscitated twice, then put down by the vet. Cost 360 bucks. I buried him in the backyard. Rosie is understandably upset. But he had a good life and went fast. So it goes. Sweet little really laid back cat.

Went to Hooker Island last night and ate burgers and drank PBR's on the Patio. Nobody there, too cold for anybody. Just a few regulars at the bar, Heaters were on. Unseasonably cold here now, it should bed around 70 degrees. Damn that Al Gore and his Global warming!!!

Go gators. Going to the State Fair today- cold and rainy should be a blast, but what can you do???

testing

Mark, what's the dress code for your Justice meet and greet; I am a cargo shorts, loafers and Hawaiin shirt guy--Will there be munchies? Can I bring a date? Are we allowed to ask the candidate hard questions as long as they are phrased with respect? Will there be photo ops--Will I be pressed to give money? Is it mainly for hoity toities or can we rough characters attend? I assume there will be a cash bar? Live music and dancing? Valet parking? Inquiring minds want to know. Would it be bad form to try and make business contacts for my bail bond group I work for--passing out cards etc.? I can't wear a tie due to a big goiter on my neck... Are we all going to retire to a local cocktail lounge after the event to do the real business? I assume dogs are not welcome. Will there be a lot of republican bashing? I like to make jokes about those redneck weenies!! It's not just a bunch of weasily amulance chasers getting together to bullshit each other is it? I know I won't fit in, but I like to say things to those guys that makes them scratch their heads and wonder if I'm for real. Sounds like a blast!!

rest of this post is lost!!!! I'm not going to redo it.

Let me do it in his voice: “We didn’t even have a map of Korea. Not zip. We just headed toward the sound of artillery firing along the Naktong River. They told us to keep the North Koreans on their side of the Naktong. Air power hadn’t been a factor until we got there that day. I radioed to Bill Lundin I was his wingman. ‘There they are. Let’s go get’em.’ So we did.”

I was interviewing Dad so I asked, “how do you know you got them?”

“Easy,” The Great Santini said. “They were running - it’s a good sign when you see the enemy running.”

“There was another good sign.”

“What was that, Dad?”

“They were on fire.”

THE LEGACY

I'M OFFICIALLY A CRETIN ( Dog vs. Village Idiot)

PATRICK WROTE ON HIS FACEBOOK:

"The winner of the First decade 2001-2010 of the 21st century Darwin Award is:The American People for electing as President a known Anti-American foreign-born- and- raised Marxist Muslim extremist with virtually NO business or governmental experience."

I'D SAY FOR A LITTLE WHITE DOG, HE'S PRETTY ASTUTE. All those statements are facts.

O'BAMA displays his disdain for America virtually every day, from not wearing the Flag pin, to not crossing his heart at the Anthem, to bowing and scraping to foreign kings, and apologizing for us at every opportunity. His wife summed it up best when she said she was never proud of her country until it elected HIM.

Foreign born? Well we don't really know since he refuses to produce a Certificate of Live Birth. That leads to the logical conclusion that either it doesn't exist or that it contains information damaging to him--to the uninterested observer the cover up leads to the conclusion he was born in Africa of the Philippines or somewhere...

He was raised in the Philippines by a Muslim Father.

Is he a Marxist? Well, yeah. Look at what he proposes.

Does he have any business experience:? No. National governmental experience? Yeah six months as a Senator.

Really, really thin resume.

He's a community organizer and a lawyer and a professor.

So anyway, SIX PEOPLE POST A "LIKES THIS" TO THAT STATEMENT, but a high school classmate OF MINE posts to Patrick's Facebook the following (I think he's a lawyer and he IS an atheist, and is hosting a democrat congressional candidate's get together-- his facebook profile is thin, too, tho.) He says, with my comments in red ( I assume he is talking to me, not Patrick):

Mr. Brownspot: If your mentality (HE'S THE SIMPLETON, NOT ME) runs the country, I pity the poor rational( I'M IRRATIONAL? I THINK NOT.), hard-working ( I WORKED HARD) good( I'M BETTER THAN A LAWYER, AREN'T WE ALL? EXCEPT THE USED CAR SALESMEN) Americans, like Barack Obama, (WE DON'T KNOW IF HE'S AN AMERICAN OR NOT) who are trying their damnest[sic] to make this a better country, in spite of the obstreperous, (HAD TO LOOK THAT ONE UP, I'M JUST A POOR RATIONAL HARDWORKING AMERICAN--IT MEANS "noisily and stubbornly defiant"--OK, I'LL COP TO THAT.)bloviating, (I HAD TO LOOK THAT UP TOO, "to speak pompously and excessively" or "to expound ridiculously".OK, MAYBE I DESERVE THAT) atavistic, (WELL, I DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE DEFINITION OF THAT ONE, BUT I THINK HE'S CALLING ME A CAVEMAN--IT'S ALL JUST MEAN-SPIRITED NAME CALLING ON HIS PART)selfish (YOU DON'T KNOW ME--THAT'S A LIE) shortsighted (ACTUALLY AS A TRAINED HISTORIAN I HAVE A GREAT HISTORICAL OVERVIEW OF WHAT'S GOING ON )and cretinistic types like you. (MORE NAME CALLING) George Bush did more to destr...oy this country than any President I've ever seen. (THAT DOESN'T JIVE WITH HISTORY, IT'S A RIDICULOUS PARTISAN STATEMENT)Obama faces a Herculean job in trying to clean up the mess Bush left us with.(YOUR OPINION, OK) Certainly no Republican has any creative ideas to resolve the crises that face us.( STUPID STATEMENT OF HYPERBOLE) In fact, all they do is obstruct the President at every turn, (YES, FOR ONCE YOU'RE RIGHT, THANK GOD THEY DO!) caring not for their country,(ANOTHER LIE) but for their maniacal lust for power.(ARE YOU MAKING THIS UP AS YOU GO ALONG? LOOK INWARD) I care too much for this country( IF YOU DO, YOU'RE EFFORTS ARE HAVING AN EFFECT THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN DREAM OF IN DESTROYING HER) to not fight for a better tomorrow, ( I LIKE BETTER TOMORROWS)not the simplistic, ( SOME THINGS ARE BLACK AND WHITE AND SIMPLE--PATRIOTISM AND TREASON COME TO MIND.)unthinking,( DRINK THE KOOL ADE AND DON'T BOTHER TO THINK, LIBERAL) me first kind (IF YOU MEAN AMERICA FIRST, YES!) that you espouse. That, clearly, would lead us back to the problems which Pres. Obama is trying to resolve.(AND WHAT "PROBLEMS" WOULD THOSE BE? FREE ENTERPRISE, FREEDOM OF SPEECH, PATRIOTISM, FAMILY VALUES, FREEDOM OF WORSHIP, LIMITED GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE IN OUR LIVES...?)

SUPER SUNDAY

potential rescue...

It is 6:50 a.m. and cloudy in both Palm Harbor, Fla. and Urbana, Ind. The difference is, it is TEN degrees there, and FIFTY TWO degrees here. Everybody's asleep but me.

Today or rather tonite, we are ready for some Football!!!!

FROM THE INBOX:

Yes, it's that magical time of year again when the O'bama Awards are bestowed, honoring the least evolved among us.

The winner of the First decade 2001-2010 of the 21st century is:

The American People for electing as President a known Anti-American foreign-born- and- raised Marxist Muslim extremist with virtually NO business or governmental experience.

Here is the glorious 2009 winner:

1. When his 38 caliber revolver failed to fire at his intended victim during a hold-up in Long Beach, California ,would-be robber James Elliot did something that can only inspire wonder. He peered down the barrel and tried the trigger again. This time it worked.

And now, the honorable mentions:

2. The chef at a hotel in Switzerland lost a finger in a meat cutting machine and after a little shopping around, submitted a claim to his insurance company. The company expecting negligence sent out one of its men to have a look for himself. He tried the machine and he also lost a finger... The chef's claim was approved.

3. A man who shoveled snow for an hour to clear a space for his car during a blizzard in Chicago returned with his vehicle to find a woman had taken the space. Understandably, he shot her.

4. After stopping for drinks at an illegal bar, a Zimbabwean bus driver found that the 20 mental patients he was supposed to be transporting from Harare to Bulawayo had escaped. Not wanting to admit his incompetence, the driver went to a nearby bus stop and offered everyone waiting there a free ride. He then delivered the passengers to the mental hospital, telling the staff that the patients were very excitable and prone to bizarre fantasies.
The deception wasn't discovered for 3 days.

5. An American teenager was in the hospital recovering from serious head wounds received from an oncoming train. When asked how he received the injuries, the lad told police that he was simply trying to see how close he could get his head to a moving train before he was hit.

6. A man walked into a Louisiana Circle-K, put a $20 bill on the counter, and asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the man pulled a gun and asked for all the cash in the register, which the clerk promptly provided. The man took the cash from the clerk and fled, leaving the $20 bill on the counter. The total amount of cash he got from the drawer... $15. [If someone points a gun at you and gives you money, is a crime committed?]

7. Seems an Arkansas guy wanted some beer pretty badly. He decided that he'd just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run. So he lifted the cinder block and heaved it over his head at the window. The cinder block bounced back and hit the would-be thief on the head, knocking him unconscious. The liquor store window was made of Plexiglas. The whole event was caught on videotape.

8. As a female shopper exited a New York convenience store, a man grabbed her purse and ran. The clerk called 911 immediately, and the woman was able to
give them a detailed description of the snatcher. Within minutes, the police apprehended the snatcher. They put him in the car and drove back to the store. The thief was then taken out of the car and told to stand there for a positive ID. To which he replied, "Yes, officer, that's her. That's the lady I stole the purse from."

9. The Ann Arbor News crime column reported that a man walked into a Burger King
in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 5 A.M., flashed a gun, and demanded cash. The clerk turned him down because he said he couldn't open the cash register without a food order. When the man ordered onion rings, the clerk said they weren't available for breakfast... The man, frustrated, walked away. [*A 5-STAR STUPIDITY AWARD WINNER]

10. When a man attempted to siphon gasoline from a motor home parked on a Seattle street, he got much more than he bargained for.
Police arrived at the scene to find a very sick man curled up next to a motor home near spilled sewage. A police spokesman said that the man admitted to trying to steal gasoline, but he plugged his siphon hose into the motor home's sewage tank by mistake. The owner of the vehicle declined to press charges saying that it was the best laugh he'd ever had.

In the interest of bettering mankind, please share these with friends and family....unless of course one of these individuals by chance is a distant relative or long lost friend. In that case, be glad they are distant and hope they remain lost.

*** Remember.... They walk among us!!!***

SATURDAY

It is 6:16 a.m. and 61 degrees in Palm Harbor, Florida; 25 in Huntington, Ind. Everybody's still in bed 'cept me.

We are prepping our snacks for the Super Bowl. My recipe for some dip I created the other day:

start out with soft liverwurst and cream cheese in a ratio of about 3-1, add:

finely chopped onions

crumbled real bacon you fried

finely chopped bell peppers

smush it all together with enough miracle whip, tarter sauce, and bleu cheese dressing to dipping consistency for Ritz crackers--all quantities to taste...

TGIF

This honest and sincere 22 year old would make a better president than the evil bastard occupying that office today.

It is 6:22 a.m. and 64 degrees, 31 in Indiana. Rosie is in bed, all animals resting with one eye open.

We ate Burgers at Billy Jacks last night on the patio. A number of the younger patrons (ie not snowbirds) were wearing t shirts and cargo shorts, the summer costume. Still a tad cool for yours truly in jeans and a Gators Nike Sweatshirt I picked up at the Vietnam Veterans thrift shop....

3 MILLION DOLLAR CENSUS AD DURING SUPER BOWL? HEADS SHOULD ROLL!

Go Gatuh: Tim Tebow on the dais with President monkey boy and vice president puppet-dummy guy, and the big wigs yesterday at the national prayer breakfast. The buzz about his as yet unseen Super Bowl ad is as intense as ever, with the dike-bitch haters= crowd whipping itself into a frenzy. Why would we expect baby-killers to respect freedom of speech. This all without seeing the ad! These people would have been burned at the stake 300 years ago. No, I'm not advocating going back 300 years. Oh, maybe I am, I'm just a pothole.

My Urban Dictionary Definition
2. Be close to guys named Rick. They are good loyal friends. Ricks are athletic and kind. Soon, you might just see yourself dating a Rick after being friends with him for awhile. Ricks would rather hang out with real, down to earth girls then whores or people that dress like sluts. If you are a simple nice down to earth girl, he will fall for you so quick. Ricks respect relationships and other people in general. Ricks are amazing and they are not fake!! They are cute and good kissers. :-)
Ricks are great friends. basically, stick with them. and never let them go. be yourself around them

HERE'S A FOST I FOUND ON THE NET REGARDING TIM TEBOW'S UPCOMING SUPER BOWL COMMERCIAL AND THE BABY KILLERS' PROTEST OF IT:

"The crapweasels of the left attacking the Tebows have turned them and specifically Tim into a nationally known celebrity far beyond his football fame and given him the credentials to hammer the left’s love affair with death. The left has been destroying human life on genocidal scale since 1789 and with your attachment to mass murder you dub pro-choice you have reminded the public that Hitler, Stalin, Pot, and Mao all wore as do you the mantle of progressive. Thank you for making Tim Tebow a high profile spokesman for the pro-life stand and cause for many years to come. How’s your leftist claims of tolerance and the moral high ground working out for you now Gloria?
The left are like cats stealthy but habituated to licking themselves with their tongue. Thank you Gloria and your legion of murderous feminazis keep your tongues flapping. You are your own worst enemies."

Crapweasels. I like that.

Let's rebuild Detroit, not Haiti...
