HIDY-HO


It is 6:18 a.m. and -3.1 degrees out and Patrick is curled up at my feet on his afghan in front of the space heater.

 Culinary Tip of the Day: when boiling whole sea bass, you know it's done when the eyes pop out.

 Today's random open the Bible to any page and stick your finger on a passage Quote:

 Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours of daylight? A man who walks by day will not stumble, for he sees by this world's light. It is when he walks by night that he stumbles, for he has no light."



That's from the Gospel of John, I think. I forgot to note what passage.



The Butterly Effect, starring Ashton Kucher, is a good time travel film, if you like that sort of thing, with a new twist on the ending. It's foreshadowed, but I didn't catch it.... Worth a look.
