WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT

It is 7:11 a.m., clear and 37.6 degrees out and lovable little Patrick is asleep at my feet on his afghan in front of the space heater. Here ,let me reach down and gently, oh so gently, touch him. Bared teeth and a deep growl. He loves me SO much. he is truly a comfort to me in my old age.

Skerry, or "Lurch" as we fondly call him, has called our Military a bunch of under-educated losers (I wish somebody could search a data base and compare average grade completed with that of non military peers and compare them--I have no idea how it would turn out) and that if you don't get a higher education, you will end up in Iraq....First of all the statement doesn't even make sense--This is not Vietnam, where there was a draft going on that you could get a deferrment from by going to college--and secondly it's highly offensive to a group Kerry has clearly demonstrated a hatred for over the years: Active duty soldiers. OK, back.So now Kerry is trying to defend what he said, by calling his detractors dirty names. Yeah, that'll fix it. Kerry is slowly decomposing. Calling Rush "doughy" and Tony Snow a "stuffed suit" doesn't help his cause. He's an idiot.

If I were a U.S. Senator, I'd call for a vote of censure.
