SHE'S GONNA BE A BIG STAR!

It's 7:16 a.m. and snowing, Patrick and Junior are downstairs playing football (Vols vs. Gators) on Xbox, oops, now they're up here, oops now Junior is leaving for a managers' meeting and Patrick is here chewing on his bone.

We like to watch the audition shows on "American Idol" because they're such a hoot, and well, there's Paula Abdul....Last night was a real treat. Simon outdid himself in inflicting cruelty needlessly, and if the contestent stood up for himself Randy pounced like a proud member of the wolf pack. Paula, loveable slutt that she is, jumped on one of the male contestants, wrapping her legs around his waist--I'm not making this up! As he staggered out of the audition room, Paula still clutching him in a thigh-death grip, he was greeted by his wife, and Paula had to slink away in shame. Anyway, a remarkable thing thenhappened.

This young-young South Carolina thing bounces into the room, skinny but very innocently sexy with curves in all the right places, long blond hair, cute as a button, classically beautiful girl next door face, deep melodious southern drawl, and instantly captures the hearts of all three judges. Simon is in love. Paula gushes. Randy's eyes bug out. She has it all, total package, and is shy and humble. Turns out she is a rollerskate waitress, lives with her aged grandfather, her mother abandoned her at a young age, her father is in prison...but she is utterly captivating--everyman's dream of a high school sweetheart, everyman' dream as a daughter--

THEN:

She opens that sweet mouth to sing and guess what?

SHE'S TERRIFFIC! Our mouth fell open! She's a really great singer! She could be signed up right now. We predict, right here, you heard it first, she will either WIN American Idol, or at least become a pop recording artist!!! The judges sat in stunned silence, they were blown away!! Even Simon. SHE'S GONNA BE A BIG STAR!!! Her name is PICKLEY. That's all I know.

BOOK OF DANIEL CANCELLED

Heard a rumour yesterday that the head writer of this controversial show wrote in his blog that the show was cancelled, as we predicted. Searched all the usual suspect entertainment websites, and googled, but found NO MENTION of this. This should be a HUGE HEADLINE story, but it won't be. A show cancelled due to the moral OUTRAGE of the American people? When's the last time, if ever, that happened? The jews at the network went way over the line with this one, in their campaign to destroy Christian values thru ridicule. Depicting Christ as "all right" with Promiscuity, Drug addiction, Bribery, Alcoholism, homosexuality, ad naseum -- did they really think this would fly? Interesting to see how this story is treated... Saw AP had a short on it.
