DAY FOUR: A NEW BEGINNING
It is 7:51 a.m. and 30.2 degrees with a freezing rain advisory. It is 68.2 degrees in Clearwater, Fla., partly cloudy.-- Junior and Patrick are asleep in his room.
Junior pulled a huge tree limb down with the Jeep yesterday, It was broken off and poised to possibly fall on the house. That was fun. We have tons of lumber in the yard. Much damage to trees. The weight of thick ice broke off many branches. Much clean up work to do. Trees look like they were in a war zome. Speaking of war zones, I think we just experienced a sonic boom that really shook the house... What the...? Junior, Patrick and I are halfway thru our Holiday James Bond Marathon, having added three yesterday. We are now into Roger Moore-- Not a sonic boom, thunder, and it just shut the computer down, now we have lightening and more thunder, I don't know what's going on, maybe the end of the world? Our forecast: Cloudy. Freezing rain likely with isolated thunderstorms in the morning...then chance of rain showers in the afternoon. Areas of fog in the afternoon. Light ice accumulation possible. Highs in the upper 40s. South winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation 70 percent. Junior fired up Google Earth last night and we looked at two of my old houses in Clearwater--It is really neat to be able to see houses you grew up in on the net!!! WE will hook up with a real estate agent on our way back from the Gator Game... More later.
