We all have our little rituals and ruts. Mine change from time to time, season to season, but as for right now my day starts like this.

Wake up. Listen to Coast-to-Coast until it's over.
Kick Patrick out of bed by trying to pet him.
Go to the bathroom and do morning toilet.
Get dressed (have to now, Boarder in house)
Go downstairs and prepare morning beverage: Colombian Coffee with Green or White Tea Bag in it.
Come back upstairs and do email, check GC.com for new caches and forum posts, Write Blog.

That can get pretty damned exciting, eh? Wait, it gets better. Later, tho, not now.

Junior made Gorditos for us last night, very good. I made Garlic Bread, not so good. But Patrick enjoyed it. We watched my favorite Mexican Food Movie, From Dusk Til Dawn. I still say Salma Hayek should have gotten an Academy Award for her Snake Dance. An enduring Classic that ranks right up there with the classics such as Ursela Andress walking out of the surf in her bikini and bag of conches in Dr. No, or John's other wife, Bo running down the beach , cornrows swaying, in Ten.... Little known facts about the Catholic Church in Las Vegas:

There are more churches in Las Vegas than casinos. During Sunday services, at the offertory some worshippers contribute casino chips as cash. Some are sharing their winnings, others are hoping to win.

Since they get chips from so many different casinos and the chips are worth money, the Catholic churches are required to send all the chips to the diocese for sorting. Once sorted into respective casinos, 1 junior priest takes the chips and makes the rounds to the casinos turning the chips into cash. He is known as the Chip Monk!
