JUST SO WE DON'T FORGET WHAT SHE LOOKS LIKE... It is 7:05 a.m. and clear out at 62.8 degrees F. Patrick is building a nest on his afghan at my feet, having just come inside. The Bowden Bowl gets played tonite on national TV. Who will prevail? Who cares? Yeah. From Newsmax: "I’ve got God’s shoulder to cry on, and I cry a lot. I’ll bet I’ve shed more tears than you can count as president" -- an implied reference to the casualties of the Iraq war.

RANDOM THOUGHTS: It's really amazing how many lying hypocritical bastards there are out there, that you encounter every day of your life, eh? What makes them that way? Do they sleep well at night? Or are they too imbicilic to realize what they are? Random stick your finger on a verse in the New Testament Quote: "Let not your heart be troubled: Ye believe in God, believe also in me."-- St. John, 14:1 There are some good guys out there too. One of them is named Rick, like me. We have a few things in common. He struggles every day. I've added his blog to the blogroll at the right. Rick Garrett. Check it out.
FROM THE "1 DOOR AWAY FROM HEAVEN" BLOG " BY SHADOW:
the bathtub test
it doesn't hurt to take a hard look at yourself from time to time, and this should help get you started.
during a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the director what the criterion was which defined whether or not a patient should be institutionalized.
"well," said the director, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub."
"oh, i understand," said the visitor. "a normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup."
"no." said the director, "a normal person would pull the plug. do you want a bed near the window?"
DID YOU PASS, OR DO YOU WANT THE BED NEXT TO MINE?
IT'S GREAT TO BE A GATOR!!
