BEAT THE VOLS!




More of Patricks little buddies from Facebook. Actually one is of Patrick himself...


It is 46.9 degrees outside, can you believe that? Only two weeks after our 90 degree week?It is 7:09 a.m. and Patrick is prowling around searching and sniffing for the source of a mysterious sound. We have a lot of them in this house, and he never fails to bark at them.

 CSTV replayed the 1996 Gators vs. Vols game yesterday. What a treat. Spurrier vs. Phat Phil; Peton Manning vs. Danny Wuerffel. Gators ran it up to 35-0 in the first half, then finally won 35-29 I think it was. Manning threw four ints in the first half. Gators dominated the first half, Vols the second. This was at Neyland. Gators went on, of course, to win the mythical National Championship. Peyton never beat the Gators in four tries. Wuerffel went on to win the Heisman trophy and a short and undistinguished career in the NFL. Manning went on to become one of the all time best QB's in the NFL and led his team to a Super Bowl Win. So it goes.

 Junior is 23 years old today.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
I was there in the operating room when he pooped out in Torrance , Calif in 1984. The best day of my life.
