SLOW DAY



A FEW MORE OF PATRICK'S DOGBOOK BUDDIES...


It is 6:01 a.m. and 52.4 degrees. Patrick is still in bed.

 Can't do much since Wireless Highspeed is down. 30 to 40 second wait in between mouseclicks here with slow dial up and stuff doesn't open.

 ESPN replayed the AppState-Michigan game last night. Really exciting at end when App State blocked the field goal to win by 2 with :00 on the clock. They only replayed the possessions that had scores so it was tough to access the defenses. If I had to compress a three-plus-hour broadcast to two hours I think I would have done it differently and showed every play--you'd get a better sense of the game, I think. Just my opinion. Edit out the parts after plays, where the players are standing around with their hands on their hips...

 We've been reading Human Events ever since the Goldwater Campaign. Ann Coulter's column this week is great--here's the bottom line:

Yep, Annie has a way of saying it so well. I read "Treason" and she is spot on! Heck, all the hot chicks are on our side, Annie, Michelle, Laura, Michelle, Mary Katherine Ham and Amanda Carpenter. What have they got Rosie and Susan Estrich, Hillary? Yea, I like Michelle so I left the duplication. We got da' babes, beauty and brains.
