Patrick geocaching with a friend

It is 6:03 a.m. and 20.1 degrees F. out and snowing slightly. Earthdog Patrick is playing Terrier and has a mouse ( or moth or something) trapped in or behind the chiferobe here in the office. He's really in his element.

Check out the Anysoldier link at the right that I've added to the Links section of the blog, if you want to send a letter of support to a serviceman in Iraq or Afghanistan, or a care package. The website, which is government approved, provides instructions (what to send and how) and addresses of contacts. The main idea is to get letters to G.I.'s that don't get much letters, and provide small items of comfort for the troops.

Another new link is for the Military Association of Geocachers, to aid active duty Geo- service personnel to get involved in geocaching in their new duty station areas, and is open to AD, Vets, family, friends, etc.

I've also provided a link to the profile page for Indiana Spirit Quest series of Geocaches honoring Indiana Pioneers and Veterans of all wars.

Gators (24-2, 11-0) play on National TV today, I think on CBS at one of the clock, for only the fourth or fifth time. Yes, it's an SEC game, but I forget, oh it's Vandy on their court. Last game was a milestone for Coach, his 250th wind and also for Taurean Green, his 1000th career point was scored.
