It is 7:36 a.m. and 32.0 degrees out and the little white pooper dog is in my lap.

Well, the Oscars are dead to me, now. Too many mexicans and too many (shudder) Algores. I wish some alternative group would come up with a prime time show for AMERICANS. Well, nevermind, it's hoolywierd.

One dissapointing thing to me is Eddie Murphy being snubbed. Probably the most talented performer there-- but, ah, he doesn't do that Hollywood thing, so he's an outsider. He has a body of work, that any one of at least twenty of his performances would be worthy of an award, IMHO. I would have given him an award for The Nutty Professor. Nobody can do what he does. Oh, but it's comedy, I forgot. But it was a morality play--not to many of them in Hollywood.

If you are going to give it to a black, why Forest Whitaker or oh, my gosh HUDSON? What a joke -- shows it's all political. These actors are scum. And Gore for an Inconvenient Bullshit?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying these other people are not good-- what I'm saying is it's not performance based, the vote that is. It's all just so much crap.

I just wonder what all these other actresses, some who have labored for years in crappy roles, devoted their lives to their craft, worked their asses off, been brilliant in supporting rolls, think when a non-actress newcomer comes along, gets a roll based on a different talent than acting, and walks away with an Oscar? Break out the Vodka.

NObody promised us a Rose Garden.

Diss-covery channel is continuing their crusade agaisnt Christianity with a new program claiming the bones of Jusus, Joseph and Mary have abeen discovered... Good Luck with that. Their last effort was discredited as being forgery-based...
