WE'RE NUMBER ONE!


Gators beat UCLA 73-57, by 16 points to win NCAA Tournament.

Game was tied at 6-6, then Gators took the lead for the last time and never looked back.

Halftime score was 36-25. and Gators held a whopping +232 Lead Advantage. Gators Scored field goals at a 44% rate while holding the Bruins to just 29%. Gators led by as much as 20 points in the second half.

Total game LA was +775.

SEVEN of the last EIGHT field goals for the Gators were dunks, with UCLA hopelessly looking on.

Noah was MVP of the Final Four and set Tournament single game and Total records for blocked shots.

Gators end up with a 45% shooting percentage, Bruins 36%.
Gators were 6 0f 19 (32%) on 3-pointers, Bruins 3-17 (18%).
Gators shot Free Throws at 75%, Bruins 71%.
Bruins out-rebounded Florida 40-35.
Gators turned the ball over just 6 times to UCLA's 12.
