Florida is in the Championship game Monday nite against UCLA (LSU collapsed) after defeating America's darlings, George Mason 73-58; that's 15 points and an astounding +735 Lead Advantage.

Pastriots jumped to a 2-0 lead, then a three-pointer by White-boy Humphrey put the Rowdy Reptiles in the lead, never to relinquish it. The Pats came within one and were down by just five at the half, but never retook the lead. Gators led early by ten at 16 to 6. Both teams had 7-0 runs in the first period. Gator LA at the half was +114. After the break it was all Gators. They led by as much as 19, Patriots never got closer than 9. Humprey's three three-pointers at the beginning of the half set the tone. Gators ended up with 12 three point buckets, SIX from HUMPHREY, and three apeice from Green or was it Brewer? and Horford. Oh well. Mason had just 2 of 11. Gators shot 43%, Mason 41%. Rebounds to Florida 40-27.

One of the MSM game stories said it was a case of a small conference team playing a more talented team from a power conference. WHAT? What about UNC, Michigan State and UCONN? Sometimes people say dumb things.

ANYway, our prediction for Monday nite: Gators will win by 25, or lose by 25 or somewhwere in betwween. Can't wait to see what the line is. (Gators were favored by 6-8 in this game.
