Florida is coming off of a huge win over No. 4/3
LSU at home, scoring 14 unanswered points in thesecond
half to secure the victory, 14-6, and improved to 4-0 in the
SEC. The Gators continue to dominate the second half. UF is the
only team in the nation that has allowed zero fourth-quarter
points, outscoring opponents 41-0 in the final period. The Gators are looking for their 22nd win in a row over the 'Dores.
Gatoar RB Mike Gillislee was named the Walter Camp
National Offensive Player of the Week against LSU, rushing
for 146 yards and two TD. He ranks first in the SEC with 109.6 rushing yards per game and has 7 TD.
Vandy got a conference road win at New Guy Missouri last week, defeating the Tigers, 19-15 after a BYE week, But lost at Georgia 3-48 two weeks ago. Vandy has passed for 50 yards more per game than the Gators, who rank last in the SEC in passing offense. The commodores lost to #3 USCe by only 4 points here earlier this year. Trap Game??
*MISS ME YET? DEPT: Urban Liar’s INELIGIBLE #8 TOSU NUTS( 6-0) beat nebraaska 63-38 last week. Meyer admitted to sending Michigan St. game film with shifts and motions edited out, but was not disciplined by the Big Ten (12? 13?)
*URBAN LIAR’S DREAM TEAM DEPT: #7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish beat MIAMI in Chicago4-3, face #17 Stanford Saturday.
*VANDY FUN FACT: Coach Franklin caught some heat in June for this: "I've been saying it for a long time, I will not hire an assistant coach until I've seen his wife. If she looks the part, and she's a D-1 recruit, then you got a chance to get hired. That's part of the deal."
*TEBOW WATCH: Fans boo'd when they took Tebow out Monday night. Sanchez stats eerily close to Orton's when Tebow took over for him at Denver...
GO GATORS! CHOMP, CHOMP!
