• No longer ranked, Florida faces Texas A&M in their first game as a member of the SEC. The Aggies have a  new head coach, Kevin Sumlin. A loss here, and Will Muschamp is on the HOT SEAT!!! 
• The teams  will be meeting for the third time. UF beat A&M, 42-6, in the first meeting in 1962 and the Aggies won the 1977 Sun Bowl in El Paso, 37-14. 

THE AGGIES FIRST GAME WAS CANCELLED DUE TO HURRICANE CARMELITA

GATORS ARE COMING OFF A DISAPPOINTING WIN OVER BOWLING GREEN, WHERE THEY DIDN’T COME CLOSE TO COVERING THE SPREAD.  UF’S VAUNTED DEFENSE RESEMBLED A CHEAP PIZZA CRUST: SOGGY, NOT CRISP. GATORS’ QUESTIONABLE OFFENSE WAS, WELL, QUESTIONABLY OFFENSIVE.THE BRIGHT SPOT: Mike Gillislee, carrying the ball 24 times for 148 yards and two touchdowns, 

JEFF DRISKEL WILL START AT QB FOR THE GATORS. He was 10-of-16 passing for 114 yards and rushed three times for 24 yards in  last week’s pathetic dual QB  effort.A loss here, and Will Muschamp is on the HOT SEAT!!! 

MISS ME YET? DEPT: Urban Liar’s TOSU buckeyes beat Miami of Ohio 56-10  last week.
