CAN THE GATORS BEAT KENTUCKY?

It's 7:46 a.m. and Junior is asleep on a couch downstairs and Mr. Mudbelly has joined him.

Ones of the things that really gets me is this: With all the techological advances that have occured in this country in the last fifty years, walking on the moon(if you believe that), computers, television, blah blah blah, why do we still rely on power and phone service brought to us by poles stuck in the dirt with wires strung between them?

A 150 YEAR OLD SYSTEM!!!!

When the phone line strung between the highway pole and our pole dipped low enuff for us to touch it, we called the phone company and they came out and pulled out 2 poles and removed the wire. The line had been buried years ago....The one pole still lies there, those things are heavy, but some day I'll find a use for it and move it. The other one I did move, and use as a tire stop for cars.
