HILLARY FOR VEEP!!

It is 6:49 a.m. and 70 degrees. Hot night and humid. Patrick got up with me and joined Junior for more sleepy-time downstairs. Boarder (+67) in room with cats.

Well, it looks like Biden (barf) for Veep for the black jesus. He should have picked Hillary--that would have been the strongest ticket for the Socialist-democrat Party. Would have brought all the Hillary voters home, whom Fox says 20% of are going to vote McCain (I don't believe that). Would have mobilized the Republican Base as well, but it looks like that's not to be.

So, O'bama doesn't help himself much--McCain needs to nominate Romney now, not Kay, leave that move to somebody in a stronger situation.

Saw Tropic Thunder yesterday, a good movie, but didn't really live up to all the hype; Junior agrees. Nice to see Jon Voight in a cameo. J-Love's cameo only lasted like a half second, so that was a HUGE let-down. We nominated Downey Jr. for a supporting Oscar for his role in Blackface, but as Junior duly noted, comedies don't get Academy Awards. Has the genius of Eddie Murphy ever gotten one? Not certain on that...

Do you have certain words that you always mistype, due either to a disconnect between brain and fingers, or a deyboard foilble? Mine are Pastrick and crap now I can't think of the main one. Oh, thought I had it, guess not. Typing too fast casues alot of errors too, transposed letters.

I think it's because but I can't duuplicate it now.

I AM NOT A CROOK

Day 17,805 on this planet. It's 5:51 am, clear out and 54 degrees F. The sesquipedalian got up, then went back to sleep with Junior.

The fourth President I saw during the early days was Richard Milhouse Nixon, a Quaker, and a brilliant weirdo. I shook his hand in St. Petersburg, at the Airport; there was a small contingent of people there to greet him. He had sunk to the bottom of his political career. Defeated for President and defeated for Governor of California, everybody had given up on him, but not us. He was a short dude with an enormous head. He was the first president whose hand I shook, and he would have gone down in history as one of the best, had it not been for a few bad decisions regarding trying to cover up Watergate. Had Clinton been president in Nixons's time, he would not only have been impeached, he would have been removed from office and ridden out of town on a rail, tarred and feathered. Such does the mores and culture of a great civilization decline into the muck of Godlessness on the downhill curve of the cycle... Thus it is, ever. -30-

At least Nixon had the grace to resign. Cllnton will be forever disgraced for his morally reprehensible actions.
