ONE DAY TO GO

It is 6:29 a.m. and 8.8 degrees F. out and wee doggy is still in bed.

OK, so Ghost Whisperer had another great show last nite--Skeleton Ghosts , scary scenes, Tuner drag races, etc. JLo didn't walk around in her nightgown in this one, but to compensate, the producers introduced us to ABIGAIL SPENCER, who really gives JLo a run for her money in all the hotness categories . Unlike Jennifer, whose claim to fame is an ethereal steamy-hotness, this actress is a world class beauty--alas, tho, she works in a town filled with them, and nothing to set her apart from the herd, so---Nothing to worry about, Jenny.

Oh, before I forget, some bimboes were talking about the family leave act type stuff on the tube yesterday, and how every country on the planet has some sort of paid leave deal for workers to visit their pregnant friends or something or other, and one incredibly ignorant asshole bitch, altho I'm sure she's a perfectly lovely person, she just doesn't know she is DESTROYING OUR CIVILIZATION, innocently purred:

"I do think American Women don't realize how bad they have it".

That's because only five countries don't have this paid leave deal, 4 5th world countries and the US.

How BAD they have it? You idiot! American women (and men) have it better than anybody else on earth in terms of freedom, wealth, health care, opportunities, social justice, etc.etc.etc. whatever you can name. This bitch needs to visit the third world and see how 80% of the population of the earth really lives-tired, hungry, diseased... flies crawling all over them, watch little kids scrambling over piles of garbage in the dump looking for scraps of food. Oh, don't get me started.

Yeah, so Europeans get ten weeks or whatever paid vacations per year. I'd rather have OUR economy , relatively, so far, unfetered (not really anymore) by government regulations, to allow capitalism to bring us the highest standard of living of anybody, anywhere.

Just what we need: Make our workers less productive, raise labor costs of our goods and services, cause massive layoffs, etc.

I say no more government mandated paid time off, or wage guarantees. Let the marketplace determine our fate...

But then again, what do I know. I just have an MBA, thirty years experience as a project manager and consultant helping Fortune 100 companies become more productive and competitive...And I've seen those little kids crawling around in the dumps looking for food in Asia, and living in cardboard boxes in Mexico.

Speaking of Mexico, we should annex Mexico, turn it into a factory/Tourist Trap state. Still no immigration to the other 50, tho. The Mexicans are hardworking--If we ran the show down there, they'd be a Canada is not time. Er, maybe that's not so good an idea. Sorry, Bro.
