OH MY!! GATORS ARE SEC CHAMPS!

It is 6:48 a.m. and 18.4 degrees out,dark, dry, and Patrick is resting (what else?) in my recliner under his pup tent, which I make for him by stretching my afghan across the armrests.

Well, well, well. Everybody did everything they had to, to make the dream come true. USC fell to an unranked UCLA yesterday, so they become a two loss team. Leak, Tebow and Harvin performed up to their abilities and the Gators defeat NUMBER EIGHT Arkansas, a one-loss team, to become SOUTHEASTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS.

BY ALL THAT IS HOLY, FLORIDA SHOULD NOW BE RANKED NUMBER TWO AND PLAY OHIO STATE FOR THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IN GLENDALE.

But alas, we are bound by the vagaries of the BCS. So, who's the bettter team?

Michigan or Florida?

On TV last night Doug Flutie said Michigan played just as tuff a schedule as Florida. What planet is he from? He could never defend that blooper with FACTS. He also stated that Florida should not leapfrog Michigan in the polls because Michigan didn't get Worse by not playing. He is acting like a woman. Gators were leapfrogged in polls when they WON BIG...

So we'll just have to wait 'til the BCS show tonite to see.

If the coaches and writers will vote Florida #2, the computers will take care of the rest. If Michigan gets a rematch against Ohio State (yaaaaawn) then everyone will know Florida got screwed. Everybody but Flutie, that is.
