BREAKING NEWS: SPEAKER OF IRANIAN PARLIAMENT ENDORSES OBAMA

Now Barack Hussein Obama has key endorsements from fellow Muslims in Hamas, Al Queda in Iraq, and Iran...as well as at least two domestic terrorists and a PLO operative.

God Bless You, Joe Cook.

COUNTRY FIRST

It is 6:09 a.m. and 48 degrees. and Patrick is building a nest out of his afghan and Junior is in the Fort with friends.

POLITICS: I was going to list this morning the contrasting positions Obama and McCain have taken, like Obama wants to ban ownership of handguns, McCain supports our right to keep and bear arms; McCain win the war, Obasma cut defense spending by 25%; Osama raise taXes and spending, McCain cut taxes and freeze spending etc. but instead have decided to boil it down to one run-on sentence:

McCain loves America and wants to make our constitutional republic better, with more individual liberty and protect our free market system; Obama is ashamed of a mean America and wants to radically alter the constitution and introduce a socialist system.

Simple choice, they are quite different. Anybody undecided is either ignorant or doesn't care.

GOD BLESS AMERICA IN HER TIME OF NEED.

FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!

It is 6:48 a.m. and 28.9 degrees outside. Junior and Patrick are asleep downstairs.

FOOTBALL:

Congrats to the Phillies.

Saturday our Beloved Gators meet the Bulldogs of UGA in Jax for their annual "World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party", altho that's not the way they bill it anymore.

This contest is Florida's "MUST" game for the year. The game that if you lose ALL your remaining games but one, this is the one.

Yeah, because of Mark Richt's bench emptying celebration in the end zone when the dogs got their first TD last year. Not sure that ever happened before. You'd think it was the Super Bowl or something. Well, this year it IS.

Richt will go to his grave bearing the shame of being the author of that little piece of Unsportsman-like conduct. Oh, I know he's a Christian Saint and all, but that was a lapse of judgement that is hard to swallow. And his apology to the league--well it was less than genuine if you ask us. So, you sow what you reap, Mark.

I know the Gators will be fired up to avenge this over-the-top disrespect.

Focus, Gators, Focus! And beat the hell out of them! Make the Kentucky game look like a gentle nudge! SHUT DOWN know-shon Moreno!

BIG LIARS: McCain says Osama's 30 minute paid self-styled infomercial on seven networks was paid for with broken promises! Sean Hannity, last night when asked if he was calling Osama a liar, he replied "yes, I am. He's a Liar." But, I guess we are used to presidential liars, what with eight terrible years with Clinton and all...

GEOCACHING: I guess my Crossroads Crosses series is done, as the last one was not approved by GS on account of "agenda". I have inquired what exactly the agenda was, and await a reply, not with my breath held, however. I guess 6DT will be reduced to cache pages with description that reads " 35 mm, have fun"--oops, that have fun bit may be an agenda, better leave it off...

OBAMA CALLED "LYING BASTARD"

It is 7:19 a.m. and 32.3 degrees. Patrick and Junior are downstairs. #1848

Six days to go until victory or Armageddon. MEDIA:Glad to see Crazy Cloris finally got booted off Dancing. Even the judges were getting annoyed at her antics and getting nasty to her, which should never have been allowed to happen. "We lost Toni for THIS?" Come on, that's a little brutal. But it WAS true.

Just ot keep you straight on this year's Dancing Gals: Julieanne is STILL the perfect blonde next door. And Brooke Burke is still the steamiest woman on the planet--but Kym Johnson is right up there...

SLIMY POLITICIANS: Tax Cuts for 95% of working Americans? Come on, you obnoxioius lying bastard, 95% of working Americans don't even PAY taxes! What about all the ones that GET a check, ALREADY? More later, maybe.

Go Gators! Beat Dawgs!

KHARMA!

-REAL WILD GOOSE CHASE-

It is 8:25 a.m. and 34.7 degrees outside--there was slush on the cars last night. Junior and Patrick Brownspot are zonked out on a couch downstairs.

Junior cooked Pizzas for Rick Sr., Jack, Beave and Patrick last night for Colts Game.

Harvested 146 Walnuts from our tree yesterday, that now boasts a magnificent 6" diameter trunk!!

FROM THE IN BOX VIA CATHY:
His name was Fleming, and he was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to make a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He dropped his tools and ran to the bog.

There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.

The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the Scotsman's sparse surroundings An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.

'I want to repay you,' said the nobleman. 'You saved my son's life.'

'No, I can't accept payment for what I did,' the Scottish farmer replied waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the family hovel.

'Is that your son?' the nobleman asked.

'Yes,' the farmer replied proudly.

'I'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own son will enjoy. If the lad is anything like his father, he'll no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of.' And that he did.

Farmer Fleming's son attended the very best schools and in time, graduated from St. Mary 's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.

Years afterward, the same nobleman's son who was saved from the bog was stricken with pneumonia.

What saved his life this time? Penicillin.

The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill. His son's name?

Sir Winston Churchill.

OBAMA: INSANE NIGHTMARE FROM ELM STREET

It is 5:38 a.m. and 37 Degrees. Patrick and Junior are downstairs, freezing I suppose.

POLITICS:

Do you remember the TV show Sliders? The cast visited a different parallel universe each week, a version of America slightly different: One had a Nazi government, one had an Elvis that didn't die, that sort of thing.

Sometimes I wonder if I've "slid" to an America I don't know.

I man, if you submitted a script to the Sci-Fi channel that paralleled what's happening now, wouldn't they reject it as requiring too much of a suspension of disbelief? And laugh you out of the Studio? Listen:
It is Election Time in America. The Republicans have put up a Maverick War Hero and the Most popular governor in America.

The democrats have put up:

An admitted Marxist born in Kenya, who hangs out with unrepentant terrorist bomber/murderers,

Who has an Arabic name and was raised a Muslim,

Who refuses to wear an American Flag pin, or salute the flag,

who has a wife that is not proud of our country,

And is caught in numerous lies and falsehoods.

and is endorsed by many foreign dictators and Terrorist groups, During a time when we are fighting a two-front war against Radical Islamists who have sworn to destroy us.

And he is poised to win the presidency in a Landslide. Unbelievable, eh?

And yet, I blog and talk to people about this OBama, and they don't tell me that he doesn't exist, so what am I to think?

The only conclusion is that I am very, very insane. And I guess if you are insane, you don't know you are insane.

So maybe in REALITY, I am not sitting here in my pajamas typing,I am curled up in the fetal position in a padded cell in an Insane Asylum, catatonic and drooling, rocking back and forth and muttering a series of numbers over and over and over and over and over again.

It's the only explanation that makes any sense.

And so if I am insane, is my fantasy blogging my only outlet towards sanity? Or should you discount anything I say as the rantings of a lunatic?

If this is a Nightmare, it is a very, very scary one.

--Rick
